2023 Summer Fun @ WCGA
Children ages 5 to 12
Join us this summer for 9 weeks of crafts, games, activities and GYMNASTICS offered in both of our air conditioned facilities!
Week 1 is Latham only, Week 9 is CP only
Lunch and snacks:
• Full day campers should come with a lunch.
• Campers should come with two adequate snacks and a water bottle.
Attire:
• Long hair must be secured/tied back
• Leotards/unisuits are recommended, otherwise sweatpants or shorts with a short sleeve shirt is acceptable
• Clothes should be snug for safety on the equipment
• No bare midriffs

School Age Camp
Children ages 5-12
Full Day Options:
Weeks 1-9: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM @ $399
Week 2 is prorated because of Jul 4th
Half Day Options:
Weeks 1-9: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 12:00PM @ $209
Week 2 is prorated because of Jul 4th
Basic Schedule
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM*
• Stretch
• Gymnastics rotations
• Snacks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon)
• Crafts/games/activities
• Lunch – Half day kids go home
• Demonstrations
• More gymnastics rotations
*Flexible Drop-off and Pick-up
To reduce congestion and since we are not offering before & after care, drop-off times are between 8:30-9:00 AM.
Full day pick-ups are between 4:00-4:30 PM. All children MUST be picked up by 4:30 PM. No late pick-ups will be allowed.
Registration
To guarantee your spot in the program, please register online.
Registration will may close 48 hours prior to the start of the camp week or if full.
Phone and email camp requests will be processed in the order they are received, but these spots cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation will be sent as processed.
Required for all campers
$35/camper WCGA registration fee which will be valid through the end of June 2024.

All our multi child discounts apply to camp if you have multiple children attending the exact same week.

Policies
$50 non-refundable deposit is due for each week at the time of registration; balance will be charged on Monday of each week if payment is not received at drop-off. Full credit toward future enrollment for illness, quarantine or injury related absences received 24 hours prior to 9:00 AM on a camp day. NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 20th
