From the South Take Rt. 9 North, past Latham Farms Shopping Center. At Second light take a right onto Rt. 9R. Go up hill to next light. Go through light past Dollar General Plaza on right. Look for World Class sign on 9R just past plaza. Turn right at our sign and go to the end of the road. We are the large beige building on the right. From Troy: Take Alt. Rt. 7 to Latham, 9R Exit. At the light go straight. This puts you on 9R. Go through next light and past Dollar General Plaza on right. Look for World Class sign on the right. Turn at sign, go to the end, we are the beige building on the right. From Northway: Exit 24 off the NY Thruway to Northway I-87 North to Exit 7. Follow the Latham signs. Bear right at end of ramp, this puts you on Rt. 9 North. Go to next light and turn onto 9R. Go straight through light past Dollar General Plaza. Look for World Class sign on road and turn right there. Go to end and look for the beige building on the right. From Points East: Mass Pike West to exit B1 (1-90 W. Albany) to Northway I-87 N(Saratoga). Go to Exit #7 (Latham/Cohoes)-Follow the ramp around and stay to the right. This puts you on Rt. 9 North. At next light turn right onto Rt. 9R. Go up the hill and past Dollar General Plaza on right. Make the first right after plaza at WCGA sign. Gym is a large beige building on the right. From the North: I-87 South to Exit 7 (Latham/Cohoes) follow the ramp around and stay to the right. This puts you on Rt. 9 North. At next light turn right onto Rt. 9R.
