Gymnastics 2023-2024

This enrollment continues throughout the school year, unless you transfer to a different time or request a withdrawal. (See policies)
Tuition will be charged monthly and is based on the duration of the class. Card will be charged upon registration to secure your spot. Autocharges will process on the 20th of each month for the next months tuition. Please contact us by the 20th if you plan to withdraw.

There are competitions in Clifton Park on Sunday March 3rd and from April 13-14th. These months will be discounted for the classes missed.

All classes will have the same number of classes during the entirety of the school year.

Registration must be completed to secure spot.

There is a $35 registration fee that will be good through the end of June 2024.

We will be adding classes on a rolling basis, please check back often for additional times and class offerings. Spots may open if people transfer or drop so keep checking the site and sign up for wait lists.

Once the session begins, athletes that are on wait list will be offered spots first before they are released for general sign up. Your credit card will not be charged until you procure a spot.

The class will run continually through the year and the spot will be yours until you let us know you want to withdraw

Signing up online will enroll you in our auto pay system to ensure easy payment for the school year

Parent Participation, children ages 1 & 2

This class is 50 minutes long

This is a co-ed class
This class is designed for children age 1 (already walking) and 2. It provides a great opportunity for a parent to spend quality time with their child. Our goal is to simulate gross motor skill development through the use of gymnastics-style obstacle courses, our preschool equipment and gross motor activities … all while having fun! If you have multiple kids in the class you will need to have one adult for every child, however, due to occupancy restrictions there may only be one adult per child.

Parent Participation, children ages 2 & 3

This is a co-ed class
Parent participation is still required with this age group. General motor skills such as walking forwards, sideways and backwards along with various jumping activities are covered. Tumbling and rolls are introduced basic skills on balance beams are taught to enhance balance. Hanging and swinging activities on bars, rings and rock wall are introduced to help with strength development. Every class ends with bouncing on the trampolines. If you have multiple kids in the class you will need to have one adult for every child, however, due to occupancy restrictions there may only be one adult per child.
Class duration: 1 hour, tuition listed is charged on the 20th of each month for the following month

4 and 5 year old class – No Parent Participation

This is a co-ed class

Girls Ages (*5) 6 and 7 – (*5 year old athletes should be advanced and have done gymnastics for at least 12 months)

Gymnastics instruction will be given on the four Olympic events for women: floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault … with the addition of trampoline! Safety and fun are a priority. There will be special stations for strength and flexibility development. There will be an introduction to the use of dance in gymnastics.
Class duration: 1 hour, tuition listed is charged on the 20th of each month for the following month

Girls Ages (*7) 8 and 9 – (*7 year old athletes should be advanced and have done gymnastics for at least 12 months)

Similar curriculum to the Girls Ages 5 – 7, but more independent instruction for older students who are able to easily follow verbal instructions.
Class duration: 1 hour and 40 min, tuition listed is charged on the 20th of each month for the following month

Girls Ages (*9) 10 and 11 – (*9 year old athletes should be advanced and have done gymnastics for at least 12 months)

Girls Ages 12 and up

For Jr High and High school aged athletes.

Catering to the recreational as well as high school team gymnasts, this class offers both beginning and advanced instruction on all of the woman’s Olympic events.

Tumbling Programs

Offers instruction for cheerleaders and tumblers interested only in the tumbling aspects of gymnastics. The athletes will use stations to help build the strength and flexibility required to perform more advanced tumbling elements in a safe and well supervised environment.
Class duration ages 6 – 10: 60 minutes, tuition listed is charged on the 20th of each month for the following month

Adult Gymnastics Class

Minimum age of 18 to register.

Adaptive Gymnastics Class

Caregiver participation is required for all adaptive classes. However, due to occupancy restrictions there may only be one caregiver per participant.

Home School Class

This is for home school or remote learning families looking for a co-ed option for physical education for children ages 5 & up. One hour of physical education in mens and women events. This class will offered to children with a wide range of ages and abilities so that children may attend with siblings.
